Capy Springs is a mobile puzzle game published by Brother Labs. This policy explains what information may be processed when you use the app.

Information We Do Not Ask For

The app does not require an account and does not ask you to enter your name, email address, phone number, or contact details inside the game.

Information Stored On Your Device

The app stores level progress, game currency, lives, hints, settings, and related game state locally on your device so the game can resume and remember your preferences. Removing the app may remove this local data.

Advertising And Consent

The app uses Google AdMob to provide banner, interstitial, and rewarded advertisements. Google AdMob and Google User Messaging Platform may process device identifiers, advertising identifiers where permitted, IP address, consent choices, ad interactions, diagnostics, and related technical data to provide and measure ads, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.

Where required, the app asks for advertising consent before requesting ads. If privacy choices are required in your region, a Privacy Choices control is available from the in-app Settings screen.

Third-Party Provider

Advertising and consent services are provided by Google. Google's handling of information is governed by Google's own terms and privacy policies.

Children

Capy Springs is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, contact us so we can review the issue.

Your Choices

You can review available privacy choices from the app's Settings screen and can reset or limit advertising identifiers through your device settings. You may also stop all future processing by uninstalling the app.

Data Retention

Local gameplay data remains on your device until the app or its data is removed. Advertising providers retain information according to their own policies and legal obligations.
